One of your worries as a bride is probably “how do I make my skin glow before the wedding?”

Well, we have the answer. This bridal pre-wedding skincare regimen will ensure that your skin is spotless when you walk down the aisle-you’ll barely need any makeup! The best part is that it won’t take you hours and hours to do.

Let’s get started:

1. Drink water

You should aim for 3 litres of water every day. Water cleanses your body of toxins-and that includes your skin too. Instead of soda, drink water. Fewer breakouts, fewer wrinkles and glowing skin.

2. Cleanse

Don’t go to bed without cleaning off your makeup everyday. Don’t do it. The clogged pores and pimples are not worth a few extra minutes of sleep.

3. Exfoliate once a week

There are so many good exfoliators out there. Make sure you find one that is gentle and has lots of natural ingredients. Once a week, steam your face, then exfoliate to get rid of the old skin and dirt.

4. Use a face mask once a week

It doesn’t matter which face mask. They gently heal your skin and promote the repair of worn out cells. You can do it after exfoliating.

5. Use a toner

Toners restore the natural pH of your skin and neutralise the harshness of your cleanser. So, after cleaning your face, tone and moisturise. Quite simple, right?

6. Moisturise morning and night

After toning in the morning, moisturise. Before you go to bed, make sure to moisturise. In fact, you’ll see the difference almost immediately. You skin will be soft and supple.

7. Get enough sleep

This should be the best part: make sure you sleep at least 7 hours every night. It’s called “beauty sleep” for a reason. You don’t want to show up at your wedding with bags under your eyes looking tired.

Glow like a bride because…well, you’re the bride!

One of the best ways to have glowing skin-both for you and your groom-is to avoid stress. You should definitely think about getting away from a while before the wedding. Here’s why.
