Simi and Adekunle Gold recently got married after years of teasing us with their undercover relationship.
The couple kept their relationship under wraps and also did the same with their wedding. The only evidence we’ve seen so far is a few stray photos and videos on social media.

Considering the fact that they’re both superstars, this is an impressive feat indeed. Since the news broke, many people have become relationship experts on Twitter and they’ve begun telling women to learn from Simi and Adekunle Gold and follow their footsteps in keeping their relationships private.
Girls need to learn from Simi. She’s been dating Adekunle Gold for a while but was still a rumor till they had a kiss on stage. But a yahoo boy will say just “hi” to you, you have changed your name to Mz cash money, Aya young dollar etc… you go dey alright 😂😂

Privacy is indeed POWER, what people don't know, they can't ruin.

Simi & Adekunle Gold have made us to understand that you can be in a relationship and not be a noise maker about it.

But what if they don’t want to? What if some people like to splash photos of their baes on social media and pepper everybody with their puppy love? What if it makes you happy to have a partner who shows you off every chance they get?
There’s really only one lesson to learn from Simi and Adekunle Gold, and that’s to do what works for you no matter what. If you want to keep things hush hush, then go ahead. But if you want to stand on 3rd Mainland Bridge and scream through a megaphone that you’re in love, that’s okay too.
Don’t let anybody scare you with stories of people whose boyfriends got snatched because they posted photos on Instagram. A man who wants to be snatched will be snatched even if you hide him under your bed. Also, a man who’s determined to stay will do so even if you plaster him all over your social media.
There’s a case to be made for not sharing every delicate detail of your life online. But at the end of the day, it’s your life and you’re the owner of your social media handles. Biko, do what makes you happy.
