Staggered Push Ups
Start with the standard push up position, but move your right hand forward and your left hand backward. Do two push-ups and then switch hands and do two push-ups. Do 10 reps each.
Lie face up on a flat bench with your feet on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and put your elbows parallel to your chest. Pull your elbows slightly below your chest and push back up till your hands are straight in front of you. Do 10 reps.
Standing Reverse Fly
Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and bend forward making your torso parallel to the floor. Hold the dumbbell straight down in front of you, lift your arms out to your side and equal to your body, then take your hands back to the starting position. Do 10 reps.
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Lay on an adjustable bench set to a 30-degree incline, with your feet flat on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and push your arms out straight up. Pull your elbows back towards your chest and repeat. Do 10 reps.
