Get Rid Of Armpit Fat With These Simple Exercises

Armpit fat is more common than you know. It can be really embarrassing to wear a really nice bra and a top and have excess flesh showing. But it’s fixable, it might take a little time and a lot of determination but we promise you it would be very worth it in the end.

Try these exercises to get rid of armpit fat:

With a short towel

Hold the towel firmly in both hands and stretch the hands out in front of you. Then raise the towel up above your head and hold it for a while. Now move your hands back behind you still holding the towel and go as far back as you can then hold it for 10 seconds and take it back above your head, then bring it back to the front.

With a long towel

Hold the towel far apart with both hands and raise them wide in front of you, then raise the hands above your head. Pull the towel to one side f your body with both hands still holding the towel wide apart and then pull it to the opposite side, then bring back above your head and forward.
