The third day of Lagos Fashion Week 2018 continued the amazing trail of mind blowing line-up of collections. Among those are collections fusing the past and present with so much grandeur! See the collections that brought this to the runway.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise as the designer prides himself on re-inventing traditional fashion for men. He further reiterates that with clean and detailed pieces every modern man should own. Velvet, Aso-oke, floral pieces and embellishments were all part of Ugo Monye’s drama-filled showcase. You had to be there to experience men dressed in animal skin beating traditional drums. Lagos Fashion Week 2018 turned out to be quite epic!

EAT came chic blazing with asooke complete with tassels even as footwear, head wrap in the most fashionable way and the pieces were just everything modern and sultry bursting in colourful asooke.
The Ghanaian brand comes through with deviation by showcasing a print-filled collection. Among the pieces used to relay their fashion message predominantly includes Adire. Modern facets did add the merger effects to result in a lingering showcase.
Unlike the other collections, Sunny Rose stays on the time border. The brand makes this list because of the unique Ankara designs that graced the runway. The colour and the print choice speaks culture more than we expected. We love!
