Gabriel Afolayan’s wedding is the talk of the town at the moment. It’s not just because he is a Nollywood actor and brother to renowned filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan. But also because the W’s – Adesua and Banky – found a way of pulling more attention to the wedding with their beautiful “owambe” photos. However, right now, we will be focusing on the wedding and the “owambe” slayers of the day.
Nollywood actor Gabriel Afolayan’s wedding took place yesterday in Ibadan and Nollywood celebrities showed up to share in his joy. Following his introduction ceremony with his bride Banke, he proceeded to Ibadan for the real wedding “owambe”.
The wedding was a beautiful one as the couple and their guests served us lovely looks in their attires. Sticking to the colour of the day, the guests stunned in their pink outfits including the ladies and the men. Some of the Nigerian celebrities we have spotted so far are Adesua Etomi and her husband Banky W, Tope Tedela, Wole Ojo, Mo’Cheddah and Tunde Demuren.
As more pictures continue to surface from the wedding, we bring you photos of Adesua Etomi, Mo’Cheddah and other pink “owambe” slayers at Gabriel Afolayan’s wedding.
Adesua Etomi’s outfit to Gabriel Afolayan’s wedding
Adesua Etomi and her beauty came out to play at the ceremony. The beautiful actress attended the wedding rocking a dress from womenswear fashion designer Toju Foyeh and facebeat by @t.alamodebeauty. We love how she combined the fuchsia and baby pink colours. Flawless!
Together with Banky W, she totally killed the “owambe” slay at the wedding. Catch up on their couple slay here.
With baby pink, one can never really go wrong. Olori Mo’cheddah attended Gabriel Afolayan’s wedding looking like a million bucks. And guess what? The singer’s baby pink gown is a product of her clothing brand MocheddahClothing. The gele, the dress, the purse; it all just fits Mo perfectly. We love!
3. Shofoluwe Abimbola
This beautiful guest also caught our attention. Shofoluwe Abimbola also did justice to the pink colour of the day. She showed up at the event rocking her bespoke pink dress made by James Brendan and purse sourced by personal shopper Qadeejah Quadri. We totally loved her outfit.
Nigerian ladies don’t really play when it comes to “owambe”, do they? So, which of these ladies rocked their attires best?
